These Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use of the website www.lpestrada.com (hereinafter referred to as “Website”), owned by Filipe André Francisco Oliveira (hereinafter referred to as “LP Estrada”), with NIPC 224350048 and with address at Travessa da Mata n.º 97, Azabucho, 2410-021 Leiria, as well as the conditions of sale of LP Estrada's products on its website.

1.2. As a user of LP Estrada, you must fully accept the present conditions of use, as well as the different additional contractual modifications that LP Estrada may include in the future.

2. Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

2.1. In order to purchase the products offered through the Website, users will be able to choose between:

2.1.1. Register in advance: the user can register by filling out the registration form. The data required for registration are requested in order to be able to proceed with purchase orders as well as orders and keep the user informed about the process thereof;

2.1.2. Purchase order and purchase without registration: the user can make a purchase without previously identifying himself. During the process, you must provide LP Estrada with the billing and shipping data necessary to deliver the order.

2.2. The user confirms that their data is correct and complete and immediately informs LP Estrada when there is a change or modification in the information provided in the purchase process. The user undertakes to make lawful and diligent use of all information and content that he has access to through the Website and all of it in accordance with the principles of good faith and with respect at all times for the current legal order.

2.3. Likewise, the user undertakes not to cause, negligently or intentionally, damage or damage that could jeopardize the normal functioning of the Website.

2.4. The use of user information by the Website for any type other than the specific purchase is not allowed, safeguarding the confidentiality, privacy and/or any other individual right of the user.

3. Orders and Conditions of Sale

3.1. LP Estrada accepts orders for Portugal or any other country in the EU, Switzerland and UK. The different destinations are subject to the shipping conditions established on the Website, as well as the price list in force at the time of purchase.

3.2. If the product is not available or if it is a personalized product, after placing the order, the user will be informed of the expected date of delivery, offering the possibility of returning the amount through the respective payment method or proceeding with the delivery at a future date and/or exchange for another product if it is not a customized product.

4. Prices and other information

4.1. The prices indicated on the products on the Website are expressed in euros and include VAT.

4.2. LP Estrada makes it possible to send the order to which the postage value is added to the total order.

4.3. The sending of orders with a size above 1.50m, LP Estrada cannot provide and these orders will have to be picked up at the LP Estrada warehouse.

5. Payment methods

5.1. Payments are always made in euros. The user can choose one of the following payment methods:

5.1.1. Multibanco Reference – in this modality, an ATM reference will be automatically generated and the user, as soon as the payment is made, is immediately notified, so there is no need to confirm the payment, namely by sending proof of payment.

5.1.2. Bank transfer – the user to pay by bank transfer must enter the following bank elements:

5.1.2.1. The user must indicate the order number in the movement description. The transfer costs will be the responsibility of the user.

5.1.2.2. Before LP Estrada processes the order, you must confirm receipt of payment with the bank and the user must send the proof with the indication of the first and last name and order number to one of LP Estrada's contacts.

5.1.3. Paypal – The user can choose to pay by Paypal and does not need to send proof. This method of payment has an added cost, in percentage, on the value of the order. This transaction is made on Paypal's servers, so LP Estrada does not keep any data from this transaction.

5.1.4. Credit Card – When paying with a credit card, the user must pay a percentage of the order value.

5.1.5. Billing Payment – ​​This payment method is available and adds a value of €3 to the order value.

6. Delivery times and locations

6.1. Product delivery

6.1.1. The order will be sent after LP Estrada receives information that the payment has been finalized.

6.1.2. LP Estrada undertakes to deliver the product to the address indicated by the user. In order to optimize delivery, the user can indicate an address to which it can be delivered within the normal working period.

6.1.3. To avoid incidents in the delivery (wrong addresses, inability to contact, etc...) it is essential to correctly fill in the form, and it is mandatory to fill in the telephone or mobile phone field. LP Estrada will not be responsible for delivery errors when these are due to the fact that the address entered by the user is not complete or correct.

6.1.4. Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous number, LP Estrada undertakes to adopt the measures within its reach so that the delivery can be made within the agreed times, or if not possible, so that it can be made as soon as possible. possible.

6.2. Shipping costs, delivery times

6.2.1. LP Estrada provides shipping to mainland Portugal and to the countries mentioned in point 3.1. and also the warehouse collection.

6.3. Delivery times

6.3.1. Delivery times for orders vary depending on the type of product:

6.3.1.1. Products with stock in the warehouse and without customization, the delivery time in Portugal will be 3 to 4 working days and for other countries it will be another 2 to 3 days;

6.3.1.2. Customizable products (lightbox, brush protection, etc…) the delivery time will be 15 to 20 days and for other countries it will be another 2 to 3 days;

6.3.1.3. Customizable fabric products (carpets, curtains, etc…) the delivery time will be 20 to 30 days and for other countries it will be another 3 to 4 days.

7. Return and Exchange or Withdrawal Rights

7.1. Products sold by LP Estrada that are electronic (transformers, gps, etc…) have a warranty period of 2 years.

7.2. Products sold on the Website are in accordance with the purchase contract provided they meet the requirements mentioned below:

a) are in accordance with the seller's description and have the product characteristics presented by the seller to the user;

b) are fit for the use for which products of the same type are intended;

c) present the usual quality and characteristics of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can reasonably expect, according to the nature of the product.

7.3. Defects or imperfections arising from incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear produced by its use are not included in this warranty.

7.4. During the warranty period, the user may return to LP Estrada a product that presents a manufacturing defect. To formalize the return, the user must contact LP Estrada and indicate the product and all the detailed information on the defects found and attach a photograph. After receiving this communication, the customer service team will ensure the prompt treatment of the same. In the event of a defective product, LP Estrada will proceed, as necessary, to repair, replace or terminate the contract (in this order), which actions will be free of charge for the customer.

7.5. LP Estrada does not accept the return or exchange of customized products or those that have been expressly requested by the customer (combination of colors, names, logos, etc…).

7.6. The customer has a period of 14 consecutive days for the return of their order, with the exception of personalized, sealed and non-returnable products.

7.7. Each returned product must be in its original condition, without any previous use and with the packaging intact. If the user does not return the product with these original signs, LP Estrada reserves the right to refuse the return.

7.8. Once the product has been received, LP Estrada will return the corresponding amounts paid and in the same way received as soon as possible.

8. Product Information, Intellectual and Industrial Property and Liability

8.1. The data included on the Website in the product descriptions is based on the information provided by the suppliers and is for information purposes only.

8.2. LP Estrada declines any responsibility for the appearance of errors in this information, although it undertakes to take measures within its power to correct it.

8.3. The colors of the products may vary from the images and photos that are on the Website.

8.4. All rights to the content, design and source code of this Website and in particular to the photographs, images, texts, logos, designs, brands, trade names, data on the Website and any other intellectual and industrial property rights , are owned by LP Estrada, which is responsible for exercising the exclusive rights to exploit them, or, if applicable, LP Estrada has authorization from its suppliers.

8.5. Any unauthorized use of the contents of the Website on the part of LP Estrada will be considered a serious violation of intellectual and industrial property rights and will give rise to legal liabilities.

8.6. LP Estrada is not responsible for damages of any nature that may arise from the access and use of the Website.

8.7. In any case, LP Estrada is committed to providing the necessary support to solve the problems that may arise in order to reach a solution.

9. Applicable law

9.1. The applicable law is Portuguese law.
